• Code 03: 10+2 with ≥50% marks, and passed or appearing in final year of a 4‑year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).

• Code 05: Bachelor’s degree and passed or appearing in final year of a 2‑year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C./D.El.Ed.).
• Code 06: Bachelor’s degree with ≥50% marks, and passed or appearing in final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.).
• Code 07: Shiksha Mitra – passed Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) from IGNOU.

Senior Level – Codes 01 to 07

• Code 01: Bachelor’s degree and passed or appearing in final year of 2‑year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C./D.El.Ed.).
• Code 02: Bachelor’s degree with ≥50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of B.Ed./L.T./Shiksha Shastri (Regular).
• Code 03: Bachelor’s degree with ≥45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of B.Ed./L.T./Shiksha Shastri (Regular) as per NCTE norms.
• Code 04: 10+2 with ≥50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4‑year B.El.Ed.
• Code 05: 10+2 with ≥50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4‑year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
• Code 06: Bachelor’s degree with ≥50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of B.Ed. (Special Education).
• Code 07: Minimum 50% marks in Graduation or Post‑Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of B.Ed.; the graduation percentage requirement is waived for candidates who enrolled in B.Ed. or B.El.Ed. before 29‑07‑2011.
