KCC Loan Rahat List 2026 की जानकारी, महाराष्ट्र में ₹2 लाख तक कर्जमाफी, Beneficiary L...
KCC Loan Rahat List 2026 information is different for Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. Maharashtra has introduced the Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Farmers' Loan Waiver Scheme 2026, under which eligible farmers can receive loan waiver benefits of up to ₹2 lakh for qualifying crop loans. The Maharashtra Government has also started publishing beneficiary lists under the scheme.
In Madhya Pradesh, the well-known Jai Kisan Fasal Rin Mafi Yojana was an earlier farm loan waiver programme. It provided relief under rules applicable at that time, but it should not be described as a new 2026 KCC loan waiver scheme without a fresh government notification.
The Maharashtra Government's 2026 loan waiver programme is currently the most relevant state-specific development covered in this article. The scheme is known as the Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Shetkari Karjmukti Yojana 2026.
| State | Maharashtra |
| Current Scheme | Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Farmers' Loan Waiver Scheme 2026 |
| Maximum Loan Waiver | Up to ₹2,00,000 for eligible qualifying crop loans |
| Second Beneficiary List | Published in September 2026 |
| Payment/Relief Process | Credited to the eligible loan account after required verification and Aadhaar authentication |
| Madhya Pradesh | No new statewide 2026 KCC loan waiver was confirmed in the official sources checked |
The Maharashtra Cabinet approved the Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Farmers' Loan Waiver Scheme 2026 with a projected outlay of ₹36,585 crore. The programme includes loan waiver, a one-time settlement mechanism and an incentive component for farmers who have repaid qualifying crop loans regularly.
The initial scheme covered short-term crop loans taken between 1 April 2019 and 31 March 2025. Under the principal waiver component, eligible crop-loan arrears up to ₹2 lakh could qualify for complete relief subject to the prescribed dates and conditions.
Eligible farmers can receive loan waiver benefits of up to ₹2 lakh. The ₹2 lakh figure is a maximum benefit and does not mean that every farmer automatically receives ₹2 lakh.
The actual amount depends on the qualifying outstanding crop-loan amount and the eligibility rules of the scheme.
The 2026 scheme primarily covers qualifying short-term crop loans and other loan categories specifically included in the government rules.
Important conditions include the prescribed loan period, overdue status, repayment status and other eligibility conditions. The scheme is not simply available to anyone who has any agricultural loan or any KCC account.
A Kisan Credit Card is normally used for crop credit, but having a KCC does not automatically make every loan eligible for waiver. The KCC loan must fall within the qualifying short-term crop-loan category and meet the dates and other conditions prescribed under the Maharashtra 2026 scheme.
Farmers should therefore check their bank's loan classification and the official beneficiary record rather than relying only on the fact that the loan was issued through a KCC.
The Maharashtra Cooperation Department has published beneficiary lists under the Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Farmers' Loan Waiver Scheme 2026. A first list was followed by a second list published in September 2026.
The lists can be made available district-wise and bank-wise. Eligible farmers should check the official list and then complete the required Aadhaar authentication process if instructed.
Being included in a beneficiary list does not necessarily mean that the waiver amount has already been credited. Eligible farmers may first need to complete Aadhaar authentication and any other required verification.
After successful verification, the eligible waiver amount is credited against the qualifying loan account according to the scheme procedure.
The 2026 scheme also includes an incentive component for farmers who have regularly repaid qualifying crop loans. The announced incentive is ₹50,000, subject to the scheme's conditions.
This incentive is separate from the loan waiver component. A farmer who repaid a qualifying loan on time should not assume that the ₹50,000 incentive and ₹2 lakh waiver are the same benefit.
The Maharashtra 2026 programme also contains a One-Time Settlement (OTS) component for eligible cases that fall under the applicable conditions. Farmers who do not fall directly under the full waiver component should check whether the OTS provisions apply to their loan account.
Madhya Pradesh has previously implemented the Jai Kisan Fasal Rin Mafi Yojana. Official Madhya Pradesh records describe the older scheme as providing loan-waiver benefits of up to ₹2 lakh to eligible farmers for qualifying crop loans.
However, the official MP sources located for this update are related to the earlier 2018-19 programme. They do not establish a new statewide 2026 KCC loan waiver scheme equivalent to Maharashtra's 2026 programme.
Farmers in Madhya Pradesh should therefore not assume that the old ₹2 lakh waiver automatically applies to their current KCC loan in 2026.
If you are checking a previous Madhya Pradesh loan-waiver application or record, the official MP cooperative and agriculture-related portals may still provide historical information and grievance facilities.
At the time of this update, no official 2026 statewide MP notification confirming a new universal ₹2 lakh KCC loan waiver was found in the government sources checked.
The ₹2 lakh figure commonly seen in older MP articles relates to the previous Jai Kisan Fasal Rin Mafi scheme and should not automatically be presented as a new 2026 benefit.
| Maharashtra | Active 2026 farmer loan-waiver programme with lists being published |
| Madhya Pradesh | Older Jai Kisan Fasal Rin Mafi records are available, but no equivalent new 2026 statewide waiver was confirmed |
| Loan Limit | Maharashtra 2026 scheme provides up to ₹2 lakh for qualifying loans |
| KCC | KCC status alone does not guarantee eligibility in either state |
Do not trust websites or agents claiming that every KCC holder will automatically receive a ₹2 lakh loan waiver. Loan waiver benefits depend on the exact government scheme, loan type, dates, eligibility conditions and official verification.
Never share your bank OTP, UPI PIN, ATM PIN or internet banking password with anyone claiming to process your loan waiver.
What is the Maharashtra KCC Loan Rahat Scheme 2026?
The current Maharashtra programme is the Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Farmers' Loan Waiver Scheme 2026. It provides relief to eligible farmers with qualifying crop loans, along with separate provisions for one-time settlement and incentives for eligible regular borrowers.
How much loan can be waived in Maharashtra?
Eligible qualifying crop loans can receive waiver benefits of up to ₹2 lakh, subject to the scheme rules.
Will every KCC holder in Maharashtra receive ₹2 lakh?
No. A KCC account alone does not guarantee the benefit. The loan must meet the prescribed category, dates and other eligibility conditions.
Has Maharashtra released a 2026 loan-waiver list?
Yes. The Maharashtra Cooperation Department has published beneficiary lists under the 2026 scheme, including a second list in September 2026.
What should a farmer do after replaceing their name in the list?
Follow the official instructions for Aadhaar authentication and other verification. The eligible waiver is credited to the qualifying loan account after successful processing.
Can a farmer who received benefits under an earlier Maharashtra loan-waiver scheme qualify again?
Some eligibility conditions for previous beneficiaries were subsequently relaxed under the 2026 scheme. Farmers should check the current scheme rules and their individual loan record rather than assuming automatic eligibility.
Is there a ₹50,000 benefit in Maharashtra?
Yes. The 2026 scheme includes an incentive component of ₹50,000 for eligible farmers who have regularly repaid qualifying crop loans, subject to the applicable conditions.
Is Madhya Pradesh also giving a new ₹2 lakh KCC waiver in 2026?
No new statewide 2026 MP KCC loan-waiver announcement was confirmed in the official sources checked for this update. Older MP loan-waiver records should not be presented as a new 2026 scheme.
What was the old MP Jai Kisan Fasal Rin Mafi Yojana?
It was an earlier Madhya Pradesh crop-loan waiver programme under which eligible farmers could receive relief of up to ₹2 lakh according to the rules then in force.
Can non-KCC agricultural loans be covered by a loan-waiver scheme?
Possibly, but only where the specific government scheme includes that loan category. Farmers should check the official notification instead of assuming that every agricultural loan qualifies.
Is there a fee to check the loan-waiver list?
Farmers should use official government services and avoid paying unofficial agents to check or guarantee a place on a beneficiary list.
What if my name is missing from the list?
Check your loan account classification, loan dates, Aadhaar authentication and bank records. If you believe there is an error, contact your bank, cooperative society or the relevant government grievance authority.
The KCC Loan Rahat List 2026 should be checked according to the state and the specific loan-waiver scheme. Maharashtra currently has an active Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Farmers' Loan Waiver Scheme 2026, under which eligible qualifying crop loans can receive relief of up to ₹2 lakh and beneficiary lists are being published.
Madhya Pradesh has historical records under the Jai Kisan Fasal Rin Mafi Yojana, but those older records should not be confused with a new universal 2026 KCC loan waiver. Farmers should always verify their eligibility through the relevant State Government, bank or cooperative institution.
