Vacancy Details

• Receiving and unloading Grocery & FMCG materials received from Suppliers/Stores.
• Packing items (Grocery & FMCG Division) in Carton and crates.
• Make items ready for dispatch to Store.
• Help in loading and dispatch in Company Vehicle.

• Create and update GRNs and purchase entries in the ERP system accurately based on supplier invoices and received stock.
• Process purchase return entries in the system, ensuring the correct products, quantities, rates and reasons are recorded.
• Cross-check Purchase Orders, supplier invoices, GRNs and physical stock details to identify any mismatch or error.
• Ensure all purchase-related transactions are entered on time and maintain high accuracy of inventory and purchase data in the system.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Warehouse/CDC, Accounts and Store teams to resolve discrepancies related to purchases, GRNs and purchase returns.

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day pharmacy operations of the assigned store, ensuring smooth dispensing, billing, stock availability and customer service.
• Supervise and guide Registered Pharmacists and pharmacy staff, allocate responsibilities, monitor performance and ensure proper adherence to operational processes.
• Ensure proper prescription handling, dispensing of medicines, maintenance of required records and compliance with applicable pharmacy and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor medicine stock, expiry, near-expiry, stock discrepancies and replenishment requirements. Ensure proper handling of stock and minimize expiry and inventory losses.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service, resolve customer issues, coordinate with doctors/hospitals and internal teams when required, and contribute to achieving the store's sales and operational targets.

• Delivering Medicines & Grocery at Customer’s Home/Office within Guwahati City.
• So should have very good knowledge on Roads & Streets/By Lanes of Guwahati City.
• Should be able to use Google Map on phone to replace address.

• Conduct regular physical stock audits at Medishop stores covering Medicines, FMCG, Grocery, Personal Care and other categories, and verify physical stock against system records.
• Reconcile physical stock with inventory records in the ERP/Inventory Management Software and identify shortages, excesses, mismatches and other discrepancies.
• Analyse stock variances and coordinate with Store, Purchase and Operations teams to identify the reasons for discrepancies and ensure necessary corrections.
• Prepare and submit store-wise stock audit reports, highlighting discrepancies, stock losses, expiry/damage issues and other inventory-related observations.
• Ensure adherence to inventory handling and stock control procedures, and follow up on corrective actions to improve stock accuracy and reduce inventory losses.
