| Step 7 | Select your State from the dropdown list. |
| Step 8 | Enter either your Mobile Number or Family ID and click Search. |
| Step 9 | When your details appear, click Details under the Action column. |
| Step 10 | The Ayushman Card will be displayed. Use the download option to save it as a PDF. |
