Pay: Rs. 45,000 to 50,000 per month+ incentives

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role located in Guwahati. As an After-Sales (Service) Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the after-sales service operations at our Audi dealership in Guwahati. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing the service team, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.

Educational Qualification: Must be a Graduate in any stream.

Experience: Prior experience of minimum 7 years in after-sales management in the automotive industry.

Other Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of Audi vehicles and their technical specifications is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Good knowledge of automotive service operations and procedures
