Eligibility Criteria of Assam Rifles Recruitment

Age Limit: Age of the candidates should be between 18 to 23 year as on 1st July 2026. However, the age limit for specific posts such as Draughtsman, Operation Theatre Technician and Physiotherapist is 18 to 25 years.

Electrician Motor Vehicle – Rifleman	Class 10/Matric and min. 2 yrs Technical Training from ITI or 2/3-yr Diploma in Electrician/Electrical Engineering/Technical/Power Electronics/Communication System
Instrument Mechanic – Havildar	Class 10/Matric and 2-yr Technical Training from ITI or 2/3-yr Diploma in Instrument Mechanic/Electronic Mechanic/Technology

Application fee of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) for Group C posts, to be deposited online only in to SBI Current Account No. 37088046712, favouring HQ DGAR, Recruitment Branch, Shillong-10, SBI Laitkor Branch (IFSC Code: SBIN0013883).

No fee is charged from candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Ex-Servicemen categories; the fee, once paid, is not refunded under any circumstances, nor adjusted against other expenses.
