  • Professor (Medical) : MBBS + MD /MS + 14 yrs teaching /research exp. after MD /MS. OR M.Ch. /D.M. (2 /5 yr course) + 12 yrs exp. OR D.M. /M.Ch. (3 yr course) + 11 yrs exp. Non-Medical : Master’s Degree + Ph.D. + 14 yrs exp. after doctorate.
  • Additional Professor (Medical) : MBBS + MD /MS + 10 yrs exp. Super-Speciality : + D.M. /M.Ch. + 8 yrs (2 /5 yr course) OR 7 yrs (3 yr course). Non-Medical : Master’s Degree + Ph.D. + 10 yrs exp. after doctorate.
  • Associate Professor (Medical) : MBBS + MD /MS + 6 yrs exp. Super-Speciality : + D.M. /M.Ch. + 4 yrs (2 /5 yr course) OR 3 yrs (3 yr course). Non-Medical : Master’s Degree + Ph.D. + 6 yrs exp. after doctorate.
  • Assistant Professor (Medical) : MBBS + MD /MS + 3 yrs exp. Super-Speciality : + D.M. /M.Ch. (2 /5 yr) + 1 yr exp. OR D.M. /M.Ch. (3 yr) – No exp. required. Non-Medical : Master’s Degree + Ph.D. + 3 yrs exp. after doctorate.
  • Hospital Administration : MBBS + MD in Hospital Administration or MHA (MCI Recognized) + 14 /10 /6 /3 yrs exp. (as per post level).
  • Note : Qualification must be registered with MCI /NMC /DCI wherever applicable.
